AZ was born out of a desire to have flexibility, self-regulation, and self-accountability as a Nurse. Able Zujic, firsthand, saw the exhaustion and frustration of his nursing colleagues which, he believed, was a direct result of feeling overwhelmed by the burden placed on staff to fix an unfixable problem. Able decided that a nursing agency that gives nurses an opportunity to genuinely pick their hours and location without fear of retribution, or passive-aggressive disappointment, may be an answer to helping the nurses maintain their sanity and continue to do the work that they love doing – caring.
AZ has noticed that this approach has been successful and has grown to over 90 staff within 12 months and continues to grow with less than 2% turnover! With current restrictions on immigrant nurses moving to Australia and the nursing staffing shortage crisis, AZ sees the increasing importance of its role as a nursing agency in the healthcare sector and in the lives of Nursing staff and aims to continue with its stellar reputation between clients and staff throughout 2023.
