What is the digital platform and how does this help?
We set our clients up on a program that enables managers or rostering staff to upload shift availability and detailed requirements which we are notified about. We can then quickly and easily review our staff availabilities and confirm shifts where it is possible. This saves time with phone calls and is reviewed digitally at the click of a button.
