We are extremely proud of the achievements that we have managed over the past year and we believe that we owe it to our people and our shared philosophy of ‘Real Relationships at Work’.
We have found that when we have relationships that extend beyond the typical transactional communication (that we see so often in other organizations), we get to know each one of our staff members and we get to value all of the unique contributions that each member of the team brings to the table. We are so thankful that AZ has continued to evolve this way. Our aim is to continue with this throughout the future. We will need our staff and stakeholders’ support to do this and we want to hear from you if you ever think that we aren’t quite delivering on our foundational philosophy.
We will strive to make sure that we are making sure that our staff and stakeholders are heard by ensuring:
- that our structure is right and staffing is adequate to maintain relationships;
- providing open feedback channels; and
- transparent and friendly communication as we continue to grow.
